WELCOME TO OUR CAMPUS
An academic haven with ocean views
The RIA-ELI campus is outfitted with modern and sophisticated security equipment so students feel at home, knowing they are safe.
Our students are housed at University Heights. An apartment/townhouse complex just 1. 5 miles from our campus and less than 1 mile from Rhode Island School of Design. Housing includes full kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, washer and dryer, and spacious living room.
RANGE OF SUPPORT STAFF
We ensure a very high staff-to-student ratio that encourages close friendships with staff members. The RIA-ELI staff consider students as important as family.
HEALTH & WELL-BEING
Student health and well-being are our top priority. Our bilingual Nurse and Guidance Counselor can answer questions and give detailed instructions in English or a student's native language. We ensure there are no misunderstandings when a student's well-being is discussed.
Our in-house Nurse is one of our most active team members. Students feel comfortable approaching her with any health concerns or questions. We also have a team of pediatric doctors on call for any possible medical needs.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
Daily meals are prepared in our kitchen by one of New England's leading food service companies. The company's nutritionist ensures that only the highest quality ingredients and most nutritious food are offered to students. A variety of options are available to students at each meal, including international cuisine and traditional Asian comfort foods. Snacks and beverages are also available for students between meals and during evening study hours.
TOP QUALITY INGREDIENTS
Our menu prioritizes the use of top quality organic and local ingredients to ensure healthy and delicious meals.
Meals are planned by a certified nutritionist in order to guarantee students maintain top physical health and feel energized throughout their day.
We want students to experience cuisine from around the world. Our fantastic chefs prepare new dishes daily, exposing students to exotic foreign cuisine and traditional American favorites.
RIA-ELI is located in a neighborhood with many fantastic restaurants. Students can easily walk to coffee and tea shops, as well as restaurants featuring Japanese, Thai, Mexican, and Italian food.
Our housekeeping team cleans each student's apartment or townhouse twice per month. Student linens are laundered at this time.
